NXTLVL is a gaming publication with a modern, young, technological design that keeps all
gamers in the loop of the gaming esports world.
This project focused on creating a functional
Design System, WordMark, and a 6 page spread.

The play on the abbreviation of "next" & "level" was the immediate idea. It relates to this digital culture of online gaming, where there are all types of lingo that form this accelerated language.

The publication needed to be young, technological, and loud!!
I wanted the frozen, still, image to have movement. This concept later carries on into the text.
